Mr. McGuire has been in the accounting profession for 24 years and has obtained significant audit, tax and accounting experience for a wide array of businesses while working for CPA firms.

Mr.
McGuire started his own CPA firm in 1986 and continues to operate his CPA firm
while practicing law. He graduated from San Diego State University in 1981
with a degree in accounting and from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1997. 
He is a member of the American Bar
Association, taxation section, the California Society of Certified Public
Accounts, the San Diego County Bar, the United States District Court for the
Southern District of California.
